In my 20s and early 30s, I'm obsessed with what I should not eat. But when I became pregnant in 2007, I finally excuse to eat whatever I wanted, and I quickly piled on 50 pounds. Deep down I knew I overweight, but it was not until I walk with my child looked in the mirror box, I saw all the extra weight. Before I got pregnant, I was a motivating factor to work in my company, urging people to do their best; I have to apply the same treatment to get back in shape.

Will Power Fitness
My first goal is simply to move every day, even just to go outside. I decided my new diet trainer certification and fitness that I received years ago. When I was studying, I have to check each step of the live weight, and even some of my own making. Every week, I could see myself getting stronger; I had muscle popping up everywhere.

New career boost
Next I cut processed foods. Average images of my plate to Facebook helped me drop 50 pounds, I've achieved, plus another 12 in less than two years. My friends and their friends share their meals and workouts; I suddenly a large social media following? So I have an e-book called JumpStart Day 7, the so popular that I found Natalie Jill fitness in 2012. I do not think his background story to hide the weight gain, it is fair to reality, to pregnant women but I let women know: You are not stuck with these books for life.

Inject a little fun
When I look at exercise motivation I prefer my favorite exercises neon clothes for a burst of energy. Furthermore, yellow and pink make me optimistic!
