Quick Yoga
Just the thought of sneaking into yoga classes can twelve o'clock especially now that we are called to be more and more work to do funny. But that does not mean that you should stay at the same level for several hours. There are effective measures you can do right at your desk, the ones you get a mental break and make sure the neck, back, hands, hips and wrists remain in good condition to help.
Scale Pose
Sit on the edge of the chair, keeping your arms down on both sides of the hips and lift your legs and buttocks of the seat reach the deep abdominal muscles and hold the tip of your shoulder down. Hold for 3-5 breaths. Lower and repeat 2 more times.

The high altar Pose
Inhale and raise your arms; to join hands and reverse palm. Lean left. Hold for 5-8 breaths and then switch sides.
Tower
Turn left. Use to move your left hand on the back of the chair, on tour. Hold for 5-8 breaths and then turn to the other side.
Cow Face Arms
Bring your left hand on the back and right arm behind your head. Join your fingers, if you can. Hold for 5-8 breaths; Switch sides.
Ankle to knee
Place your left foot on the right knee so the freefall left knee. Keep your back straight; lean forward to stretch deeper. After 5-8 breaths and switch sides.
