Yoga Poses for Anxiety

Soothe your body and mind
Try this quick routine, a healthy yoga guru Kristin McGee. It is designed to treat back pain anxiety, relieve cool hot flashes, and turn your libido.


















Child Pose
Building on the legs of the heels of the thigh. Place chicken on the hips and relax with the forehead on the floor. Hold for 8-10 breaths.

Dove
Come to your hands and knees and push your right knee forward toward your right wrist and right ankle on the left wrist. Push the top of the left hip. Hold for 5-8 breaths.

Spinal Twist sitting
Sit in the right thigh and the swinging of the front of the left foot, bend the left knee on the right foot and left foot flat on the floor placement. Activities outside the right elbow to left knee, lifting your right thumb and forefinger pressed together. Place your left hand on the floor behind you. Inhale, lift your upper body, then exhale, still twisting the upper left corner. Hold for 5-8 breaths. Back to child pose and repeat on the other side of the sequence.
